STATEMENT OF GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Fee Structure A.) All time, including travel hours, spent on the project will be billed. B.) Hourly Rate: $75.00 Per hours, 8 Hour Minimum Daily. C.) Amateur Built & LSA Aircraft Certification: $500.00 Plus Hourly and Expenses. D.) Single Engine Prop Aircraft Certification: $500.00 Plus Hourly and Expenses. E.) Larger Aircraft: Call for Quote. F.) Export: call for Quote. 2. Reimbursable Expenses: A.) Meals will be billed at $54.00 per day in the United States. B.) Meals for European travel will be billed at $150.00 Per Day C.) Travel expenses necessary for the execution of the project, including rail, taxi, bus, air, rental vehicles, mileage in company or personal vehicles, which will be charged at IRS mileage Rates.. Air travel in the United States requires Minimum Business class. Out side of the United States requires Minimum 1st Class. Hourly rates will be adjusted to reflect changes in the cost-of-living index as published. If overtime is required it will be charged at $112.50 Per Hour. 2nd shift $85.00 per hour,. 3rd shift $90.00 per hour.
A) C) The following expenses will be billed at direct cost:modations. Accommodations. B) Postage and shipping/courier services. C) Armed Guard for Hostile Countries.
