Walter C. Phillips, Jr.

 Walter brings 25 years of aviation experience to the IATS team in the areas of aircraft maintenance, manufacturing  modification  and repair. His  background in working with two major air carriers and four large  repair stations has allowed him to gain thorough knowledge and work experience with large transport category aircraft. In his positions'
 as Chief  Inspector and  Director  of  Quality, with  two large  repair stations, Walter built solid  relationships, as liaison, with both FAA  Flight Standards and Manufacturing Inspection District Offices. Walter's extensive training includes formal familiarization training on various models of Boeing, McDonell Douglas, and Airbus aircraft. Walter developed a comprehensive program designed to meet the requirements of The Aging Aircraft Safety Act of 1991 and
he is authorized to conduct aircraft inspections and records review for Part 121, 129 & 135 operators.
