STATEMENT OF GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Fee Structure

All time, including travel hours, spent on the project will be billed. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hourly rates will be adjusted to reflect changes in the cost-of-living index as published. If overtime is required it will be charged at $75.00 Hour.

 

Air travel in the United States requires Minimum Business class.  Out side of the United States requires Minimum 1st Class.

 

2. Reimbursable Expenses

 

A) Travel expenses necessary for the execution of the project, including rail, taxi, bus, air, rental vehicles, mileage in company or personal vehicles, which will be charged at 48.5 cents per mile.

B)           Meals will be billed at $54.00 per day in the United States.

C) Meals for European travel will be billed at $160.00 Per Day

 

The following expenses will be billed at direct cost:

 

a) Accommodations.

b) Telephone/fax charges.

c)              Postage and shipping/courier services.
d)              In-house printing and reproduction.

e)              Other project expenses:  photocopying, laser printing, and so forth.

f)              Armed Guard for Hostile Countries

 

Prices are subject to change.  Will be negotiated before any work begins.
